Permanent blackout?

My girlfriend was drinking and became blackout (she gets blackout a lot) then we smoked some meth and didn’t sleep for two days.

Is it possible she will be in blackout for ever? I keep telling her to tell me when she is back, but she still seems off. Normally when sober, she gets mad a lot but we haven’t fought in over a week. I’m worried. :((
