Alcohol has no effect

So im fairly new to drinking, i took 2 shots of moonshine yesterday and i felt buzzed. Not stumbling but i did drop to my knees cry on my floor, that happens without alcohol though its regular for me. Today I took 2 shots and then 10 minutes later i took 2 more and then i took 4 shots so all in all i took 8 shots. I tried to space it out since i’m new and thats what i was told you should do?? I also took it on a empty stomach basically i didn’t eat today and i went to the gym. For reference i’m about 120 and short. Ive been small my whole life. Is it because its moonshine? its store bought and i also have tenessee hard seltzer but from my understanding theres way less alcohol in that then moonshine. I felt like throwing up yesterday but didn’t. What am i doing wrong?
