3am post booze wake up
When it starts getting nice out I like having 1-2 drinks in the evening. I surprisingly eat less/healthier and feel more relaxed doing so. Problem is I wake up and can’t fall back asleep around 3am half the time. This also occurs occasionally when not drinking but definently worse when I drink. I wouldn’t say that I have insomnia as this is not an all the time occurrence and have no problem falling asleep. Any way to solve this without meds? Preferably food/herbs or tricks to fall back asleep at 3am. Thanks!
