Question 🙋‍♀️

Hi, this may sound like a stupid question when Google exists. However, I’m finding conflicting information. Is this sugar free (meaning zero added sugar, essentially the same as plain would be)? Because plenty of resources say it is yet it’s sticky when making drinks. Thanks to anyone in advance who could answer my stupid question 😊
