Hives during but barely hangover after

If I drink dark liquor (specifically Captain and Crown) or drink too fast (few shots in a row) i tend to get fuzzies in my hands and feet while getting small or severe red splotches on my weak skin areas (recent skin rashes and face/chest)

i am able to feel drunk from alcohol, wobbling, slight dizziness (some good some bad) and happiness feelings aka dopamine) but the problems from above interfere, what’s wrong with me?
