Question about beer

So awhile ago I had a severe allergy to voodoo ranger ipa and since then I have not really explored any other beers or alcohols. I mainly drink Coors light and if I have to I’ll have a bud light and or miller light. I just wanted to know would I be good to have a Pabst blue ribbon beer and or Busch light?? Is pbr beer similar to Coors and or bud light?
