is 2 buzzballz enough to give you a hangover and make you black out??

my boyfriend went to a party yesterday and when i asked how much he drank he said “like 2 buzzballz”

he also blacked out at 6pm and is now fighting a hangover. I dont think he’s being honest because he has a history of not being honest about this stuff, and 2 buzzballz does not seem like a lot. What are the opinions?
