Would this still be good?

I was cleaning out a neighbor’s basement and found this unopened in a cabinet. Basement is mostly abandoned except for seasonal storage, but the section it was in hadn’t been touched in years. It’s been there for 30+ years, just sitting untouched. No AC, but in the basement so not too hot. Cabinet door was open, and the lights would be turned on from time to time when the owner had to grab something or move stuff in and out. 24% abv, and I know that 40% doesn’t really go bad but 15% needs cooled, so this is a middle ground i don’t really know about.
