first time ever drinking..needing the best hangover remedies.

hi, i drank for the first time ever last night and like many people i didn’t question the amount of alcohol that was given to me, and drank 2 drinks that had about 2 shots in it each. so in total around 4 shots. had an amazing time until i threw up twice and then went to sleep, ive thrown up 2 more times. i dont have any headache but i do have insane nausea, lack of appetite, chills, and anxiety. what are the best, most efficient tips and methods to getting over the hangover? new account because im embarrassed lol :,(
