Whiskey with seltzer and bitters on the rocks

I’m cocktail illiterate, but I have my own mix where I take a shot of whiskey, add equal parts seltzer, a couple splashes of Angostura bitters, and an ice cube.

There’s no sugar, and if I understand correctly, and Old Fashioned doesn’t have seltzer. How would I order this at a bar?

Would the title be good enough, or is there a better name? Will people laugh at me behind my back?
