Bitter ferment

Hello guys, so I fermented like apple juice and put a little much sugar and yeast. When I drank that, dude, I spit that out immedialty. Maybe it’s cuz it’s my alcohol but DAM it’s bitter.

Genuinly tastes like expired coconut water on max blast. I mixed it with so much coke and it’s still bitter. Is this normal or am I done for
