flared up asshole after drinking help me

my girlfriend got me to drink pink whitney for the first time ever last night. I must say, it was delightful! however, ever since then, i’ve noticed that my asshole has been flaring up very badly. I asked my girlfriend to look at the area, and she informed me that the hole was very swollen and pinker than usual (she would know😉) I’m not sure what to do about this, I’ve never experienced an issue like this after drinking man beers with my buddies, can someone help me figure out what the root of the cause is???
