12-18 beers a day… think I’ll be ok?

For the past maybe 5 Years, I’ve accumulated my drinking habit. Anywhere from 12 sometimes upwards of 20 beers a day.. I wake up at 530 am, work in construction for 8 hours then go home and do it all over again.. just how much of a toll do you think this is taking on my liver? I feel fine BTW
