This springtime sparkler incorporates a port-cask-finished whiskey with flavors of blood orange and strawberry.

Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Fame & Misfortune Whiskey finished in port casks½ oz. Blood orange liqueur½ oz. Strawberry syrup¾ oz. Lemon juice1 Egg white2 oz. No 69 JCB brut sparkling roséAngostura bitters and lavender sprig for garnish
Instructions
Combine all liquid ingredients except rosé into a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake hard for 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake again until thoroughly chilled and properly diluted.
Strain into a coupe glass and top with rosé
Garnish with Angostura droplets and a lavender sprig.
