Soju question

My boyfriend is currently drinking soju and was wondering how many shots is it for him to feel tipsy or drunk he’s about 160lbs and 6’1″ I know it might be dumb but ligure their shot size are different like farenght and Celsius; he is also on his 3rd “shot””” not sure how it works
