Signs someone’s drink was spiked?

I think my moms drink was spiked. Bare in mind she had a non alcoholic drink and after about an hour of drinking it, she said “I think they put alcohol in my drink”, she started showing mild symptoms like saying odd things she wouldn’t usually say, she also slept outside last night? (We are in a hotel). THEN, this morning she was absolutely hysterical and deluded, she was acting CRAZY, hallucinating, speaking French??, convinced herself everyone was out to get her, but she wasn’t wobbling around the place and slurring her words, but if you saw her, you would think she’s on drugs. But how could her drink have been spiked if she had the drink in her hand the whole time? It doesn’t make sense. She doesn’t have any mental health problems and is normal, she’s also completely against drugs and doesn’t drink alcohol… someone pls help. She’s in hospital now btw but I’m worried
