I (16f) need some advice

At this point i have to admit that this is out of control, i’m an alcoholic. I hoped it wouldn’t get this far before i’m on a class trip to england in a month, but it did. In germany (where i live) the legal drinking age is 16 for stuff like beer and wine, so i’m fine here. England is on 18, so i need a way to stay alive and somewhat not in agony for about a week. I don’t need the whole “get clean” thing, certain circumstances make that next to impossible for me right now. Figured this would be the best place to ask for advice, any help is apreciated
