I recently have decided to give sober life a chance for real.
So i 27f have recently decided to give sober life a try. I started drinking as a teenager and as i got older and developed depression and anxiety the drinking got worse. I have drank everyday for years and as of lately it was getting worse. I would binge drink 3 bottles of vodka and plus multiple bottles wine within a week. To be honest im not even sure how much i would consume during those binge episodes. I would usually give myself time to recover which would be about a week and then drink again. Can anyone help me with their own experiences on how they got to a point where they realized they needed a change and managed to stay sober?
It would help a lot.
