This rum-based cocktail tastes like the famous Girl Scout peanut butter cookie.
Do Si Do
Ingredients
1 oz. Peanut butter-washed Koloa spiced rum1 oz. Baileys Irish Cream¼ oz. Vanilla brown sugar simple syrup½ oz. Cream of coconut5 dashes of Orange bitters
Instructions
Shake ingredients with ice.
Strain over fresh ice in peanut butter cookie crumble-rimmed glass.
Top with whipped cream.
