Is one drink a day unhealthy?

So I turned 21 a month ago and I’m trying to figure out what a healthy relationship with alcohol looks like for me. I’ve never been drunk, Im not into that sort of thing, but I really enjoy having a drink or two at the end of the day. I care about my health and I really don’t want to fall into alcoholism
