Is it better to hydrate (water) before, while, or after drinking?
I usually drink just shy of a gallon of water a day, usually around 100oz’s a day. When I’m day drinking beer like today (just light beer) is it better to slam a bunch of water beforehand? Drink water during the day? Or drink before going to sleep?
Just curious. The main thing here is staying Hydrated as best as I can. Sunday is my day for pizza & beer. Cheer’s y’all!!
