8 shots and barely feel anything?

Genuinely confused. Is this just high tolerance? I did about 8 shots of 90 proof in about an hour and a half, and I was a little tipsy but I am definitely still here and aware. I’m 180 lbs, don’t drink much, and about 5’6.
