good types of sweet alcoholic drinks i might not be aware of!

So I have a sweet tooth and looking for spirits or classic drinks that I might not be familiar with. Not really specifically looking for cocktails as then we’ll be here all day! Some drinks that I currently enjoy:

Amaretto Plum Wine Mead Sweet ciders Sangria Various Chocolate liquers e.g. Bailey’s Mulled wine/Cider Some brands of Spiced rum

Probably a few others that don’t immediately spring to mind but that’s about it!

Looking for any other recommendations!
