Sharp pain top back of head after taking shots, but not a headache?

Title basically captures it. Anytime I take shots (vodka) I get a sharp pain at the top/back of my head. Basically where my part would end. It’s not a headache and it goes away after a bit. Anyone experience the same or know why that happens?
