I feel alone in this problem of mine: if I drink a lot and pass out Friday night, I will not get an ounce of sleep on Saturday night and sometimes Sunday night and my quality of life is drastically reduced. I feel like everyone else around me can party up and their sleep cycle is unaffected. I’m 23 years old and like to go out but it’s becoming really hard to convince myself to do so knowing that if I drink tonight, I will not sleep for the next few days. It’s absolutely insane how consistent this problem is and I hate it. The other night I had 2 beers and stayed awake all night.
