2020 One Flock Sauvignon Blanc

Light straw in color with a bright nose with subdued white stone fruits. Solid fruit on the palate and well balanced, a crisp wine with perfect acidity. Slightly more restrained in comparison to other sauvignon blancs and a good alternative to the big green and grassy wines out there. Very enjoyable.
