I need to know

I’ve had alcohol 3 times in my life got actually drunk twice and barely buzzed once drunk once at 14 and the other time at fifteen this time I got the spins and threw up will this have any permanent effect on me or will I be ok I drank like one seltzer and like 4 mouthfuls of rum
