can you tamper with pints without breaking the seal?

So where I live the liquor store closes before I get off work which is fine. Sometimes on my way back I’ll stop at this vape shop to grab a pint. My issue is all the pints they sell do not have the bite that a “regular one” would. I’m starting to think they possibly buy cheaper versions of name brands and are selling them at full price or am I just overthinking things?

I’ve had issues with this store before, selling me fake products as well as products that were open, seal broken and replaced with literal black coffee. Obviously I didn’t use it and got a refund immediately, but it seems like there’s a lot of shady stuff going on so I wanted to see if my suspicious could be correct
