jelly shots

Hey everyone! i’m making jelly shots for halloween for about 40-50 people. wanting to know how many i should make for this amount .
Also wondering whether to put 1 cup of vodka with every cup of water or 1/2 a cup, and whether to use 1oz or 2oz shot cups! We’re all in our 20s aswell 🙂
