Would I be messed up if I drank this?

A friend of mine gave me liqour for my birthday. He does not really know I don’t drink. In my life I rarely drank. I am 30 and drank maybe 3 times. Each time was something light proof like wine coolers and stuff. He got me a tallboy of some fruit punch voodoo ranger ipa and 2 shots that say 99 proof cherry limeade.

Really I don’t want to drink them but I might bite the bullet one night and drink it. I was just scared. Do you think I will be very buzzed? If I drink these will I likely be an alcoholic? I really have no desire to drink I guess the reason why I am thinking about it is because I would feel bad about throwing it out.
