Any online liquor/spirits stores online that offer free shipping no minimum?

Hey all,

I have been ordering all my liquor of CWSpirits as they offer free unlimited shipping. However now they have gotten pretty bad with their stocking. A ton of things are sold out or are really low stock and they only restock their website once in a great while.

I was looking at https://savoyliquor.com/ and they offer free shipping however they look like a scam. Their privacy policy even states they cannot guarantee our information is protected so I’m guessing they are a scam.

Please share your secrets if you order from a online store that offers free shipping.
