When to go to hospital?

I should know better. I am nearly complete EMT certification. Parents encouraged me. I weigh fucking nothing and am on meds and had too much. Body temp was initially 96.4°F. Has come up to 97.2°F after blanket and jacket . Vomited maybe 9 times about a half hour ago or more while in car. Able to drink water in small sips. Monitoring body temp, heart rate. Unable to obtaib blood pressure, too drunk.

Body temp .97.2°F now. HR about 90. SpO2 fine. Should I wait it out?
