Headache 24 hours after drinking?

I haven’t drank in a week and I probably had 12 standard drinks over 5 hours yesterday. I drank a gallon and a half of water with plenty of electrolytes today, ate good food, took some vallium, exercised outside. Anyone have an idea as to why I may be experiencing a headache 24 hours later?
