Alcohol reccs

Hi I’m 24 and barely ever drink. I’ve drank twice with my friends and that’s all. I plan to buy alcohol sometime this week and to drink alone for the first time. I want to be able to be drunk but also don’t want to throw up and don’t like the alcohol taste. Are there any drinks that taste a little better than soju which is the only alcohol I’ve tried. I’ve heard of like some alcohol that tastes similar to iced tea I would love that
