New diet

Hi, I’m M23, 92kg, 186cm (6’1). I’m neither in good nor bad shape, probably around 25% BF. I want to shift some of it and do a little cut.

I love my food and obviously cutting involves cutting that. I spend most my daydreaming hours thinking about cuisine akin to Fergus Henderson’s, and maybe am a slight cooking addict. My relationship however with alcohol is very healthy, and I probably drink 3 nights a week moderately and every few weeks get a little drunk.

My thinking is to get stoned with 2 birds at once. Address my food addiction, whilst losing weight. Knowing myself I’ll need a vice (exercise isn’t a vice, I work on my feet), so I’m picking alcohol (specifically Negronis for now).

Basically my plan is to eat 1/4 chicken daily and an orange a day for the scurvy.

WHERE DOES THE ALCOHOL COME IN you ask.

Every meal will be supplemented with a cocktail, and I am allocating myself 3 drinkypoos as a snack throughout the day.

Hoping to lose 15kg or so over 3/4 months or so.

Will update with weight loss progress as I go along!
