Drinking after 3 month sober
Afternoon all,
I’ve been on an alcohol break for a while whilst training for some runs, with this being the longest I’ve maintained it since birth.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice for how best to reintroduce alcohol to my body? For context, I used to be able to hold my drink pretty well so I’m hoping the dreaded lightweight curse doesn’t afflict me
