why do i get stomach cramps every time i drink cider/beer

Without failure, every single time I drink beer, lager or cider, I always get stomach cramps that are not insanely painful, but they’re painful enough for it to be fairly uncomfortable. Does anyone know the reason behind this? Because sometimes I want a little drink, but it always bites me in the ass.
