RNDC Settles with Unsecured Creditors, Moving Chapter 11 Liquidation Forward

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) has settled with its unsecured creditors, clearing the path for its Chapter 11 liquidation. A judge has also signed off on sales of RNDC’s businesses in Alaska, Kentucky and Michigan.
