plz help

I drank a pint of Kentucky deluxe last night I took half of one of my benzodiazepines a few hours ago I can feel my pulse in my entire body and my brain feels like it is being blasted with 10,000 rubber bands my chest hurts so bad also everything is super loud I can hear the neighbors air conditioner buzzing in my ears I just took an naproxen I drank Pedialyte all throughout the night and drink a quarter of the bottle when I woke up can’t tell if I’m having anxiety or a stroke at this point.
