Drank a Shot and Later the guy told me he made it himself, now i can’t stop thinking about methanol poisoning

I literally can’t sleep, i drank a 40ml shot of chacha (georgian grape spirit) and after the guy told me he made it himself at home and now i can’t sleep and was up all night thinking about what if i get blind.
