I took 60mgs telfast antihistamine after alcohol

I took 60 mgs telfast after maybe 10 standard drinks over a few hours. I finished drinking maybe 2.5 hours ago or more. Took the antihistamine round 30 minutes ago.

Surely I’ll be just fine? Im not feeling too drunk
