need honest opinions on this approach im trying
so i’ve been struggling with drinking, junk food, vaping all that stuff for years now. tried quitting million times never works
the thing is i dont even want to fully quit anymore. i just want control back you know? like have a drink without having 10 more. eat pizza without ordering it every single night
everytime i relapse i just feel like shit and cycle repeats. but recently i started just writing down what happened. no judgment just facts. and i noticed patterns
like i always drink more after certain things. or i binge eat when im bored not even hungry. specific triggers
so i was thinking what if theres an app that does this? you just log what happened last night and it shows you actual data. like graphs of how much you drank this week vs last week. or how many times you binged this month
see your patterns visually. like oh shit i always spike on fridays. or i was doing good for 2 weeks then crashed. having that visual of your ups and downs instead of just feeling like youre always failing
basically track everything and see real analytics of your progress and setbacks. not streaks that reset but actual data of whats happening
would anyone actually use this or am i just making excuses? is control even possible or should i just quit everything cold turkey like people say
genuinely asking cause idk if this makes sense or if im overthinking
if i build this im making it completely free btw. no premium bullshit no ads nothing. cause when i was at my worst i couldnt afford help and if this helps even one person then its worth it.
