Why does beer give me a headache when other alcohol doesn’t?

Essentially just the title. 3-4 beers and I’ll have a headache right behind my left eye/the side of my face, but I can easily put down half a bottle of vodka and be fine. It’s not even the next morning, the headache starts about halfway through the third beer and stays until I go to bed. Google’s not really helpful (There was a weird thing on quora about eye parasites?), and I can’t find any studies on it. Any ideas?
