Been on a month long bender smh…

Started drinking about 6 shots every night for the last month. I’m doing like 4 shots now and trying to taper off because I’m worried I might just fuck my body up. Anybody here been on a bender for over a month? I only drink at night time once I get home from work so idk if that counts but still, drinking every night is crazy. I’m ashamed of myself.
