Extremely Sweet Recommendations?

My boyfriend and I are celebrating our anniversary soon. I’m putting together a cocktail recipe book for him and need some extremely sweet recommendations. I mean like, dangerously sweet, in a “hurt your jaw” kinda way. Would love to hear what your ideas are!
