is this alcohol flush?

my scars and face are red and inflamed– feels like pins and needles ): sorry if this is a dumb question but is it alcohol flush? i thought it was mainly a trait among asain folks but its the most reasonable explanation i have for this. didnt want to include photos of more scars for obvious reasons but all of them aside from the REALLY old ones are all red and angry. i thought it just happened in the face???
