What percentage of alcohol is too much for a beginner?

So I’ll just cut to the chase I was on a trip and made some friends I asked him to bring me some traditional liquor he brought homemade liquor that was 52 percent alcohol I drank it it was like 90 ml and I think I kinda fucked up hard because I’m all dizzy and stuff and don’t really know what to do
