I puked so hard, my throat hurts, should I be concerned ?

I’ve been very very dumb, I almost never drink alcohol but yesterday with a.friend I got totally black out drunk or the first time of my life, I stupidly downed a Liter of Vodka for my first time .

I was on an empty stomach…

When I woke up the next day I could not stop puking , I was not even able to go to the bathroom ended up puking bile , it was really bad I never puked that much in my life .

Now, it’s been almost 10h since I puked but I feel a very very sore throat like having a bad cold and I just tried to eat, I could not finish my meal because my throat was hurting too much .

Is it common ? Or should I be worried I did some kind of injury ?

Should I worry about it / seek medical help or justly to forget about it and it will soon get better ?
