Sudden Problem when Drinking

Looking to see if anyone else has had any similar issues to this.

I am a 29 year old male. I’ve of course been drinking every kind of alcohol there is without any issue for the past 7 years. I have never been a heavy drinker, at most 2 or 3 drinks and never get full on drunk.

Just recently within the past 3 weeks, out of no where when I drink liquor or any mixed drinks, i become almost instantly nauseated. I have not noticed this with beer, but only mixed drinks. There are no other symptoms or problems, just nausea and i dont need to throw up either, it’s just a constant nausea for like an entire day and eventually leaves.

I am trying to figure out what happened out of the clear blue sky that i now get nauseated from any kind of mixed drink and if anyone has experienced anything like this.
