Same day hangover or too much drinking

So long story short I’ve drinking j abt all day and no water (yea ik retarded spare me I’ve been ridiculing myself as I hang over a trash can) but I stopped drinking abt 3 hours ago and felt fine then maybe a little tipsy if that but now it’s 2 am I’m hanging over a trash can in my room trying to sleep I still feel a little tipsy but my lips are numb and my mouth is incredibly dry every time I close my eyes the room starts spinning I’ve been sipping water but i can’t keep it down the only relief is when I violently vomit and then everything’s calm for abt 5 minutes then back to hell sorry for the qall of text but I don’t feel like making it neat What’s going on and what do I do ik there’s not rly a cure for overdoing it w alc or a hangover cure but I’d still greatly appreciate tips on how to get thru this faster
